1. in this unit they use rajasthani mitti 4 making products they use that mitti bcoz this mitti available in rajasthan easily
2. they make a dough of that miti &keep it 4 d another procesor till d miti take it rite rigidity.
3. they use wheel 2 give shape of mitti prods. &make al d prods. ,rest mitti they cover polythene sheet 2 protect d mitti (not 2 get dry)in environment.
4. they put all d prod. 4 dry in normel environment on d side where they make prods. on wheel.
5. after this there were 2 bhathi chamber 4 cook the products . they put 8-9 hours all d prods. in bhatuis 2 get d prods. hard &well cookat 850 deegry c temp.
6. after com out frm bhatti all d prods. get color (pp paint)
7. then d patina polish they use 2 d prods. &after that polish d teracotta prodts. give different look &prods.like wood or metal prors. bcoz of that patina polish.
8. after al this things d prods. come 4 packaging , they do packaging by there own wid hand no machine they use 4 packaging . after packing in cardboard box &inside that box a thermacol layer was there 2 protect d prods. frm breakage.
9. after packaging they throw d box frm atleast 3 feet height 2 cheak that d during loading the box on vehicle d prods. should be safe.
10. the most unhealthy point in manufacturing is around 30-40% prods. are waistage till d prods. come 2 reach till d end point .
